Our ferrous foundry is located on the outskirts of Coimbatore with an installed annual capacity of 2400 MT. We specialize in the manufacture of quality castings in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Nickel-based Alloy, and Heat Resistant steel. We have the capability to produce castings ranging from 20kg to 2500 kg. We have an integrated pattern shop and certified welders and quality personal to ensure the quality of the casting.

Pattern Shop

We have fully equipped in-house pattern shop for pattern making, methoding, mounting, reconditioning and rework of patterns with qualified pattern makers. We have separate storage space for patterns with traceable pattern code.

We use CO2 process techniques by hand mold and in the core shop, we use CO2 and air set process in various sizes of mold and cores.

CHEMICAL & MECHANICAL LAB

We have the following infrastructure to ensure the quality requirements of our customers.

  • Spectrometer: MAXx (German) make, 27 elements including “N”
  • UTM: 40 Tons capacity Fine Testing make Computerized Universal Testing Machine with  Extensometer attachment for Tensile strength, Yield strength, and Elongation.
  • Impact: Testing to be done up to -196°C temperature
  • . Hardness tester: 3000 Kg Brinell Hardness testing machine.
  • Radioactive check meter – Nucleonix make
  • Sand testing: Sand Sieve & sand moisture tester, Mould hardness testing equipment.
  • Test Certificates: We provide the following certificates to the customer for every heat/batch supply.
  • EN 10204 Type 3.1 and 3.2 Test Certificate.
  • Magnetic Field Testing Machine (600-AMPS) suitable to dry and wet analysis
